Game Sheet Procedures

Teams are not required to print their own game sheets.

Instead, teams must collect their official game sheet from the convenor’s table 15-30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Before the match begins:

  • Teams must fill out all player jersey numbers on the game sheet.
  • A team representative (coach or manager) must sign the sheet.
  • The completed game sheet must then be handed to the referee before kickoff.

Failure to complete and submit the game sheet properly may result in delays or player eligibility issues.

Men’s Division Player Registration Deadline

For the Men’s Division, all players must be officially added to their team roster no later than June 21, 2026, in order to be eligible to participate in playoff matches.

Any player added to a roster after the deadline will be considered ineligible for playoff participation, regardless of regular season appearances.

The Men’s Division playoffs will begin on July 5, 2026. Semi-finals and finals will both take place on the same day.
